Evenings on the Sky Deck
Optima Kierland Apartments splits its rooftop life across three towers, 7140, 7160, and 7190, each with its own rooftop sky deck rather than one shared space for the whole community. As the desert heat lifts in the evening, the pool lighting shifts the mood on each deck, the fire pits start to glow against the darkening sky, and the smell of dinner on the grill drifts across three separate rooftops at once, each holding its own version of the same evening.
An Open-Air Kitchen on Each Tower’s Roof
Every rooftop sky deck at Optima Kierland Apartments includes an open-air kitchen and dining space next to the lap pool, spa, and sauna, so a resident can move from a swim to dinner without changing floors, still catching the breeze off the pool while the food finishes cooking.

Fire Pits Built for the View
Each tower’s fire pits come with plush seating positioned to take in the views above the city, city lights spreading out below as the flames take over from the daylight. On the ground level, all three towers share indoor-to-outdoor party rooms with retractable glass walls, along with outdoor entertaining spaces that add barbecues, fire pits, and bocce ball to the mix.

Three Towers, Three Ways to Spend an Evening
Beyond the rooftop, each tower offers something the others don’t: a game room at 7160, a theater at 7140 and 7190, and steam rooms and massage rooms at 7140 and 7160. A golf simulator is available at all three.
What the Roof Looks Like at Night
As the sun goes down over North Scottsdale, all three rooftop sky decks make the same shift at once, from a pool deck full of swimmers to a fire pit lounge full of neighbors cooking dinner and catching up.
