Optima Lakeview®
Optima Lakeview® is a seven-story transit-oriented, luxury apartment development comprised of 198 apartments and 14,000 square feet of street-level retail in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. Optima Lakeview® features a distinctive landscaped interior atrium that will run through its 7-story core and is enclosed by a fixed in-place skylight at the roof to bring in natural light into the building’s interior.
